Ability Recruitment Group Was Founded

​Founded in 2006, Ability Recruitment group was established with an initial focus on the nursing sectors, before expanding into different healthcare areas, following growth and demand from clients. ​

Team Growth

​From its roots as a two-person outfit, the business has grown to a team of nine, covering the NHS and private healthcare sector

The Move Into Temporary Recruitment

​As well as providing permanent recruitment solutions, AbilityRg moved into also offering temporary recruitment, accelerated during the pandemic and the subsequent evolving nature of in-demand roles.
